The whole Siguenza family is involved in providing you with a fine menu selection from South America that features fresh, authentic, made to order Mexican and Salvadoran specialties. The oldest son Carlos, who does most of the cooking, is carrying on his cultural food traditions. He was trained by the side an experienced Mexican master of street food. Try the ranchero eggs or Tamale Plate for breakfast. The tacos al Pastor are not to be missed and the Papusas from El Salvador are a specialty not found anywhere in this area.. They use some local ingredients from farm stands in the area when they can. On the weekend Zoila makes her special soups: Chicken, Beef, Menudo, and Seafood.

In addition, the Siguenza family own and operate a market that features many authentic specialties. Here you can find Columbian sausages and tortillas, cassava and Argentinean Yerba Mate. A large selection of canned Peruvian and Mexican peppers, purple corn, and South American spices are just some of the offerings that can be found here.
