The Hyppo Cafe

Steven DiMare has opened The Hyppo Café, just off of route 312 in St. Augustine-opposite the Cobblestone Plaza. The Café is an expansion of the popular Hyppo on Charlotte Street in the Old City.

Not only does this new venue offer the same, very popular fruit palettas- made with as many fresh local flavors as the season allows- but the café menu also includes creatively made sandwiches, cookies, and pastries. The selection of sandwiches and sweets reflect our seasonal produce and include fruits and herbs that are growing in a raised bed right outside the cafe windows. Café manager Brittany Drennen tends the garden bed- it doesn’t get any closer to the source than this.

The baristas are making specialty coffees using Snail of Approval recipient Bold Bean Coffee Roaster. Order an espresso, cold drip coffee, or latte where you can meet, relax, and enjoy. The Wi-Fi is free.
