The Green Erth Bistro is a restaurant and catering company thatis currently the only Persian restaurant in Jacksonville and the NE Florida area. In addition to an extensive middle eastern and American menu, Owner and Chef Mashid Parsa also specializes in vegan catering. She is committed to providing high quality and attentive service while offering delicious, authentic Persian cuisine for both lunch and dinner.

Setting a high standard with organic and local food resources, Mashid creates authentic dishes with care and combines delightful flavors in her appetizers, entrees, and desserts for all to enjoy whether you are vegan or not. Try the Persian ice cream or their special Kabobs.
