A Chef’s Cooking Studio
Andrea Rosenblatt C.C. with her husband Michael are the owners of this cooking studio and catering business on route US 1 in Ponte Vedra. They have a kitchen shop with tools for cooking, cookbooks, some gourmet items, and a very nice selection of small, regional dairy, artisanal cheeses and also imported cheeses. Andrea offers a full range of cooking opportunities in her monthly calendar of classes which are based on the seasons.
The fresh fruits and vegetables that Andrea uses in her classes and catering business come from a local, family operated farm or a local produce market here in St. Johns County. For seafood, she uses a neighborhood seafood market with most of her fish selections from local waters. Menus from the international classes contain authentic ingredients and are imported from the country of origin as the recipes require. She offers classes in regional Southern cooking and has a selection of wines that include organic labels. All menus are made from scratch, including the breads.
Andrea is making a large contribution to the quality, authenticity, and sustainability of food on the First Coast and is teaching others to do the same.
