Set in the shadow of the St.Augustine Lighthouse on A1A, Anastasia Kitchen's chef/proprietors Sheila and Tim Fox have created a small cozy place to enjoy breakfast and lunch with locals and visitors.

Sheila prepares wonderful fresh omelets, eggs, and zucchini nut muffins. Try her signature dish, 'The Skillet’ that has eggs, sausage, and potatoes, all in one dish. In season dishes include the mandarin blueberry pancakes as well as pumpkin pancakes. Both are hard to resist.
Soups and sandwiches are made with ingredients that Shelia buys only from the farmers markets. How about black bean/ sweet potato burrito, homemade salsa, Israeli salad, wheat berry salad, or Asian slaw all made with farmers market vegetable and fruits. You can enjoy the quaint surroundings of Anastasia Kitchen or you can find these salads, salsas, and more at the St. Augustine Amphitheater on Saturdays and the Vilano Beach market on Sunday.
